In the home-made pasta, it is better to use all-purpose flour or bread flour?

Please answer this question that if you have home-made pasta. Merci.Bonnes answers so far. I’ve read that bread flour has more gluten and makes a stronger pulp. IDK. I have not tried meal. I knead by hand, then the dough is in a pasta machine.
