I use 3 cups lukewarm water, half cup sugar, salt spoon 1tbl, 1pk yeast, one tablespoon melted lard 1tbl, 9 cups of flour. But if I do not cook very well and brown do not taste sweet home. What is the secret to a sweet taste.

Please answer this question that if you have home-made pasta. Merci.Bonnes answers so far. I’ve read that bread flour has more gluten and makes a stronger pulp. IDK. I have not tried meal. I knead by hand, then the dough is in a pasta machine.
