In the home-made pasta, it is better to use all-purpose flour or bread flour?

Please answer this question that if you have home-made pasta. Merci.Bonnes answers so far. I’ve read that bread flour has more gluten and makes a stronger pulp. IDK. I have not tried meal. I knead by hand, then the dough is in a pasta machine.

Ich nehme einige Tomaten und setze sie in eine Mischmaschine ein, dann lasse die Fl?ssigkeit ab und werfe die Masse weg, die durch die Samen und die Tomatehaut gebildet wird.
