Thanksgiving always becomes a wonderful moment for most family, and that day is ready to come. There are many Thanksgiving activity can be follow with gratefully. And the one good thing is decorating a table. It can be fun and something the whole family can be included in. Decorating is the fun project for adults and children alike is making pilgrims from the pumpkins that didn’t get used through Halloween or for cooking. They make amazing table decorations!
The pilgrim can be used as the centerpiece and set on a dark green, brown or wine table runner or tablecloth. To make these lively pilgrims for your holiday table you will need the following:
Assorted sizes of pumpkins
Black felt bought by the yard, not squares
Black felt tip permanent markers, medium and fine point
Acrylic paints in white, red, blue, brown, light green, etc for facial details
Gold Metallic Acrylic paint
Glue gun
Scissors
Yarn in red, yellow, black or brown for hair
Plain poster board
Assorted children’s artist brushes
